Lawyers

Three lawyers, each reading a whole file

Every matter has one lawyer from the first call to the recorded deed. You'll know whose it is from the engagement letter.

    Casimir Thorsby

Founding partner · closings and exchanges

Reads for buyers, sellers and landlords trading one rental for the next.

  • Solenne Arrieta, with dark curly hair, looking straight at the camera against a dark backdrop

    Solenne Arrieta

Partner · title and HOA disputes

Clears liens and boundary trouble, and answers boards in writing.

  • Matías Quiñonez in a dark suit and tie, looking up and to the side, in black and white

    Matías Quiñonez

    Associate · contracts and closings

Writes the deadline summaries and joins most signings on video.

Why the firm works by video

Real estate papers get signed at kitchen tables, in offices and in hotel rooms in other states. We decided early to meet clients there, on a call, instead of asking them to drive to ours.

It's also why the fees can be flat. Without a lobby to keep up, the cost of a closing is the time it takes to read it, and that we can price before we start.
