When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as the pages visited and the browser used.

How we use it

We use your message to reply, to check for conflicts of interest and to quote a fee. We don't sell it or share it with marketers.

Who else sees it

Our website and email providers process the information on our behalf. If you hire us, documents are shared with the title company, lender or intermediary only as your matter requires.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don't hire us are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
