Questions
Asked on most first calls
If yours isn't here, ask it on the call. It's free.
Do we ever meet in person?
Rarely, and only if you'd like to. Every meeting is on video, and signings happen wherever you are, with a mobile notary.
Which properties do you handle?
Houses, condos, townhomes, small rentals up to four units and vacant lots. We don't handle commercial leases or large developments.
Do you work for the buyer or the seller?
Whichever of them hires us, never both on the same deal.
Do you replace my real estate agent?
No. Your agent negotiates the deal; we read what it commits you to. Many clients are referred by their agent.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It's a short video call to understand the matter and quote a flat fee.
Do you handle landlord and tenant cases?
No. We help landlords buy, sell and exchange rentals, and we refer evictions and lease disputes to other firms.
How fast can you start?
Usually the day the engagement letter is signed. Tell us about any deadline in your first message.
Still deciding whether you need us?
Send the contract and ask. We'll tell you honestly if you don't.
