Solenne Arrieta

Partner · title problems and HOA disputes

Solenne clears title defects before closings and answers HOA boards for owners, in writing and at the hearing.

She came to real estate from the other side of the table, as counsel to a homeowners' association management company. She now represents owners only.

She joined Casimir to build the title and HOA side of the firm, and she writes most of its notes on reading title.

How Solenne answers a board

She asks for the CC&Rs, the rules and the board minutes before she reads the notice.

Her letter quotes the rule the board relies on and the record that answers it. Most are two pages.

If the board has it right, she says so, and helps the owner fix the problem at the lowest cost.
